Chased with Linnea on a slight risk in eastern Colorado. Mostly uneventful chase with one cell developing to our west. It was looking pretty nice with some decent twist, a defined base, and back-sheared anvil. It was rather fast-moving, however, so I knew our only option was to hang tight and hope it developed quickly as it approached. While the structure and dynamics were enjoyable to watch, the cell passed us by without incident, providing only a brief glimpse of some far-off mammatus sunset. Another bust for tornadoes, but close to home and we we saw some weather!
