Horizontal Stabilizer

The Horizontal stabilizer requires a few new skills and some fabrication of parts. The only tricky parts were modifying the HS front spars, which were designed for an RV8, by trimming the flange back, and bending the front spar L bracket reinforcements to a 6 degree angle. One of the ribs on each side was not prepunched, which required some alignment, marking, and clamping before drilling.
