More information on mead and the recipes we used to come. We made 1 5-gallon batch and 5 1-gallon batches to experiment with different types of honey and yeasts. The kinds we made were:
- 5-gallons of apple pie mead. (apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.)
- 2-gallons of cherry (Oregon canned cherries and pure wildflower honey)
- 1-gallon of raspberry (Oregon canned raspberries and pure wildflower honey)
- 1-gallon of regular mead (just wildflower honey)
- 1-gallon of cranberry mead (cranberry juice, clover honey)
- 1-gallon of tangerine-ginger (5 whole tangerines and some fresh ginger)
